Sebastian and his team were amazing with the management of our project, it was a 7 month development, he had an amazing team of builders who kept the space tidy and did a really high quality job. Sebastian brought in really brilliant plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, carpenters, etc. He was very good at advising us on the process we needed to undertake such as engaging building control and kept everything on track. He is very conscientious and left the site looking very neat and made sure it was finished extremely well before leaving the site. We are very happy with the build.

The work was executed to a high standard. Sebastian and his team worked very hard to complete the project. HS&B even completed the project ahead of schedule. Sebastian kept us regularly updated on the project milestones and provided helpful advice to ensure we maximised the space in our loft and stay as close as possible to our budget. Altogether the team were friendly, polite and hardworking. They were very conscious of the need to keep disruption and rubbish to a minimum. It is clear that they all take pride in their work. We are really excited to use our new space, thank you!

The work has been of the highest standard, with an attention to detail and expertise that are second to none. Sebastian and Huton carried out a full refurbishment of our new home and helped make it more open plan to suit our needs with works that involved structural alterations, new partitions, floor levelling, plastering, tiling, carpentry (new kitchen, doors, staircase), decorating and more!!
