This project was a full refurbishment, this encompasses an extensive process of change through which the layout, systems, and aesthetics of the property are redesigned. These include changes in structure and modernization that are necessary for functional value; most often, the changes will recreate some outdated space into a contemporary, useful environment.

This would include changing flooring, doors, updating electrical systems, repainting walls, redoing bathrooms/kitchen etc.
